Information shared during private sessions, mentorship, and coaching will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a genuine concern regarding imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or another person.

No Guarantee of Results

Every individual is unique.

Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be provided for any services, sessions, mentorships, trainings, certifications, workshops, memberships, digital products, payment plans, events, or other offerings, including but not limited to:

Payment plans are a commitment to the full investment and do not constitute a month-to-month subscription. Remaining payments continue to be due regardless of attendance, participation, completion, or perceived results.

Chargebacks

By purchasing any offering, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services provided under these Terms.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Courtney Anna Mason reserves the right to provide these Terms & Conditions, invoices, signed agreements, correspondence, attendance records, and proof of services rendered to the payment processor or financial institution.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Your appointment begins at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, or failing to attend their appointment without notice, will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited without refund, credit, or rescheduling.

 

Agreement

By purchasing, enrolling in, booking, attending, or participating in any service or offering provided by Courtney Anna Mason, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, No Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Your payment constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
